Short Discription
E3271 is an acrylic polymer specially designed for use in coatings formulation for high quality paints on asbestos and non-asbestos fibre cement roof. Due to its high gloss quality it is also suitable for use as a waterborne lacquer for wood coatings. The paints that fomulate with E3271 will exhibit excellent gloss, ourstanding water and alkali resistance, good blocking resistance. With relatively hard polymer, the coating designed to form film at room temperature generally require about 10% coalescing aid. Recommmend 3% of texanol mix with 7% of butyl carbitol on total weight of latex.
